With Glance software, you can track your screen time, check your posture, and follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. There’s also the option of an Eyesafe® certified low blue-light display to help prevent eye fatigue.

Whether you’re presenting online, putting some thoughts or designs together, or simply streaming your favorite show, the ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 has it covered. The 14'' display has a huge screen-to-body ratio and an expansive 16:10 aspect ratio, while options include a WQUXGA touchscreen with Dolby Vision™ and an FHD camera. It also comes Dolby Audio™ and Dolby Voice AI noise-suppressing technology.
Remote working made easy
The ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 is perfect for those who live and work on the go professionals. It can run all day on a single charge and comes with various ports, including HDMI and USB Type-C. It has a choice of blazing-fast connectivity options, including Qualcomm® WiFi 6E. It has a full-sized, optional backlit keyboard with TrackPoint and TrackPad to enhance your typing experience.
Because you can never be too careful
This ThinkPad has several security features to help protect your data and business from cyber threats, including enhanced chip-to-cloud security technology and ThinkShield’s advanced data encryption and biometric features. There’s also a PrivacyGuard display option to prevent someone from prying over your shoulder and an integrated Power-On touch fingerprint reader for quick, secure login.
A powerhouse with a small carbon footprint
Even with all its productivity- and creativity-enhancing features, this ThinkPad was designed with the planet in mind. We used recycled post-consumer content (PCC), such as plastic and natural materials, in various components, including the speaker enclosure, battery compartment, and adapter. It also comes with recycled and/or sustainably forested packaging and recycled PCC cardboard cushioning.
